Women’s ministry grounded in the gospel seeks to ensure every woman in the church is in a growing relationship with Jesus and seeks to engage women outside the church with the goal of also leading them to Jesus. One of the challenges of women’s ministry is knowing how to engage women of every age, ethnicity, and life circumstance. At Selah 2022 you will find training, resources, and ideas for engaging every woman in your church and your community.

Melanie Ratcliffe
Melanie Ratcliffe is an Evangelism Strategist at the South Carolina Baptist Convention, focusing on Neighboring Movements, Women in Ministry, and Ministers’ Wives. She is married to Jody, a church planter, and the mother to three amazing, almost grown children. She formerly served with the International Mission Board in Russia and is the author of the children’s book, Why Can’t I.
