The Georgia Baptist Women’s Spring Event is growing and coming to you!! We are so delighted to announce you can now attend Spring Event 3 ways: in-person, in your home, and at your church! We know God is calling us to gather together to worship Him and to learn from Him. We do not want any Georgia Baptist woman to be left out!
Georgia Baptist Women’s Spring Event provides an opportunity for women of all ages to experience spiritual inspiration, missions challenge, and personal growth. We desire to keep the passion and priority of missions alive, and as we do, expand to involve all women in Georgia who desire a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Be part of a movement of women who want to grow and encourage others to be radically involved in the mission of God.

Kristi McLelland is a speaker, teacher, and professor at Williamson College, and LifeWay author of Jesus and Women in the First Century. The founder and director of New Lens Biblical Studies, she is passionate about helping people understand the Bible in its original cultural context. Since 2007, Kristi has enjoyed setting biblical tables in the United States, as well as leading teams on biblical study trips to Israel, Italy, Turkey, & Greece. Her rabbinic, engaging style positions students of all ages to encounter and be transformed by God’s goodness.

Georgia Baptist Women is honored to host the MK ReEntry Retreat for 2021! This annual retreat, a partnership between the International Mission Board, National WMU, The WMU Foundation, and state WMU offices, is for missionary kids who have just graduated from high school and are headed to college or careers. As the host this year, Georgia Baptist Women will be responsible for all costs related to lodging, meals, local transportation, and gifts for the MKs.
As the Spring Event Mission Project this year, we are asking all in-person and on-line attendees to give to a special offering benefitting the MK ReEntry Retreat. You can give on-line at the link below. In person attendees will also have an opportunity to give in person.
Worship sessions only available online at the time of the event and cannot be accessed before or after the specified times on April 24, 2021.
