Testimonials
“My trip to Morocco was a life-changing trip. I was able to share the gospel with those who have never heard and create friendships that will last a lifetime. Thank you for offering the scholarship to assist with my trip.”

“God blessed me with the opportunity to join my church’s mission team in Cero de Oro, Guatemala, in both 2024 and 2025. He reminded me how temporary the things of this world truly are. I take my own comforts for granted. While A/C, soft beds, and new shoes make life easier, none of them are necessary to survive; God provides exactly what we need.”

“Last summer my husband, Benjamin, and I had the privilege of spending the summer in Guatemala, and I received a mission trip scholarship from Georgia Baptist Women that helped fund my trip. The main thing God taught me was flexibility and willingness to serve wherever God has me. A big part of the ministry was pop up medical clinics. God taught me what it looks like to be reliant on Him, and He stretched my faith!”

“I went to NOLA with staff from Camp Pinnacle, and it impacted the way I view missions and the lost because seeing the darkness of people in person is different from seeing pictures or videos. One of the tours took us to the spiritual healing center, and I saw someone kneeling and praying to one of the idols. It broke my heart, and opened my eyes to the desperation for Jesus people have, but are looking for in all the wrong places. I appreciate the assistance the Georgia WMU gave in allowing us to go; my heart for missions has grown, and I hope to be even more involved in the future.”
