Dr. Courtney Veasey
Founder, Brunch Ministries
Speaker, Author, Teacher, Trainer
Courtney Veasey is a passionate Bible teacher, founder of Brunch Ministries, and leadership trainer with Lifeway Christian Resources, dedicated to empowering women and teenage girls. With a rich ministry background across several states and a tenure as Director of Women’s Academic Programs at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, she holds degrees from Florida Southern College, NOBTS, and Gateway Seminary. A native Floridian, Courtney loves sports, music, poetry, and sharing her life verse, 1 Corinthians 15:10, celebrating God’s grace in her life.

What’s the Lodge like at Pinnacle?
- The rooms in the main lodge are hotel style with linens provided.
- Each room has three twin beds and a private bath with shower/tub.
- Rooms will be assigned by Double Occupancy with others from your church. If there are three from the same church attending, you will be assigned Triple Occupancy (unless you request a double occupancy room and a single occupancy room).
- Single Occupancy rooms are available, but limited, for an additional cost.
What are the Cabins like at Pinnacle?
- There are 12 twin XL size beds in a common space on each side of the cabins.
- Each bed has a brand-new mattress!
- The bathroom area has private showers and changing areas.
- Linens and towels are not provided in the cabin. You will need to bring your own bedding, pillow and towels.
